1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Replacement

If you received a damaged or wrong product, you can request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos/video proof.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, used, or damaged products caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
